Brian Burns
What is Brian’s favorite thing about being a realtor? He explains, “Making a difference in the lives of others. There’s no greater feeling than to know I’ve helped someone realize their dreams. There’s a deep sense of satisfaction and fulfillment that comes with it. If I could add a second favorite thing, it would be Relationships. I’m blessed to call many of my clients, “friends.” I love when a relationship blossoms from business to friendship. It’s a beautiful thing!” That’s why nearly 90% of Brian’s business is repeat and referrals from friends, clients & colleagues across the globe.
Originally licensed in California in 1989, Brian moved to Breckenridge, Colorado in 1992. He became a Broker in 1994 and established his own independent firm. After 12 years as a Broker/Owner in the Rockies, he decided to move to a less snowy location, and did a complete 180º landing in the desert. He’s been with Sotheby’s International Realty since 2008.
Brian’s expertise extends to all genres of Las Vegas residential real estate. From luxury estates in Summerlin & Henderson to high rise condos on the Strip, and everything in between. He adds, “I help my clients with the next chapter of their lives, regardless of the type of property they’re buying or selling. Luxury isn’t a price point, it’s a level of service. My focus is on the relationship.”
Aside from work, Brian enjoys being outdoors in nature. “Hiking, golfing, snowboarding and wakeboarding are among my favorite activities. And I truly enjoy all the fun Las Vegas has to offer…shows, concerts, amazing restaurants and more.” Brian lives in Summerlin with his wife, Nancy, and their american bulldog, Ruby.
